Eagle Scouts – Girls

Rachel B., 2021

Leila B., 2020

Leila’s Eagle Scout Project was called Singing Together. Leila wrote the original song Together in 2018. She decided to create a virtual song for these COVID times where the message of her song is more relevant than ever. Even if we couldn’t sing or be together in person, we could still be there for each other – in other words, we are stronger together. Leila’s song is celebrating the Los Angeles Jewish Community Children’s a wonderful choir with a wonderful mission; to give children a community to sing, learn, connect, and spread joy with. This choir has been such an important part of her life and, through Leila’s Eagle Scout Project, she hopes to spread awareness of the choir so that other children can have the amazing opportunity to have the choir in their life too!

Kikuyo S., 2020

Kikuyo worked with We are TB, a network of TB survivors, to develop digital resources for TB survivors, patients, and their families. These resources included a We are TB Brochure, , TB and COVID-19 Informational Sheet, and web portal for TB survivors and their families to Share Their Stories.
